Shane is a visionary leader with extensive experience in Real Estate Investment, Marketing Automation, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics and AI. He has over 20 years of top tier IT and AI consulting experience at leading firms including Accenture, Deloitte and Booz Allen as a senior executive.
Shane is also President of Value Plus Realty LLC, a real estate investment company. With a passion for leveraging AI and modern technology to solve complex industry problems, Shane founded DealsEngine LLC to bridge the gap between traditional real estate practices and modern technology.
His expertise in data analytics and AI technology drives the platform's core algorithms and workflows, ensuring deep AI-driven data insights and integrated solutions for improved user experience and business results.

Vincent is a seasoned business operator and real estate investor. He took Asia-Pacific executive roles at top multinational corporations—leading sales, strategy, and supply chain operations—before becoming a partner at a boutique consulting firm in Shanghai. Most recently, Vincent established a cross-regional trading firm and expanded into real estate investment.
At DealsEngine, Vincent drives real estate acquisitions and deal disposition, value creation, and asset optimization.
